Hapa nitatumia “Kiswanglish”
Nimeamua kuanza kijiwe hiki ili ku-share nanyi mambo ya “MILO” yaani misosi, afya, malezi, mahusiano, maisha na mambo yote ya kijamii ikiwemo vunja mbavu!!
Kwa kuanzia nitapost kila nitakachokula kwa mwezi mzima wa novemba japo siku za nyuma mtakuwa mmekosa mpangilio wangu ila nitawawekea angalau picha muone nilivyokuwa nakula.
Nitashare kila nitakachokula kwa mwezi huu kwasababu nimeamua kuangalia ninachokula ili niweze kuona kitanisaidia kiasi gani kupunguza uzito wangu.
Kwa taarifa tu January 2011 nilikuwa na kilo 103 nikaanza “mpango mlo” diet ya matunda na mbogamboga na michemsho ya kuku na samaki kufikia August 2011 nikawa na kilo 88 lakini kuanzia September mpaka Ocotber nimefikisha tena 92 kwani nilikuwa nakula kama kawaida bila kuangalia ninachokula (Thanks to my baby sis Lilian and all who spoiled me last two months) You know what you did to me......................... 4 kgs is not a joke!!!!
Sasa nataka kufikia January 2012 niwe na kilo 85 (Kama nitaweza) So God Help Me
Leo tarehe 10 November Nilianza na cereals (Leo nilikuwa na njaa sana)
Nikasindikizia na ndizi mbivu ikishushiwa na maji ya moto kabisa (kama ya chai)
